ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REMINDERS

– Reminder: Re-read the project briefs, re-watch the briefing presentations for The PDF Portfolio and Visual Diary. Link to pre-recorded presentations: https://web.microsoftstream.com/group/f99f0998-04ed-4b4f-aa93-5334602d8b9a?view=videos

– Continue to digitise all your development work i.e photographing / scanning pages from your sketchbooks for inclusion into your AGP400 PDF Portfolio (along with final project outcomes, research and critical self reflection for each project).

– Reminder re AGP400 PDF Portfolio: Please include every project and workshop along with research, development work and self reflective critical thinking. Please note that the layout design of this digital portfolio is an assessable project in itself.

It is important that you take your time with this assignment, consider the fine details, e.g. use of a document grid, choice of heading typeface and main text font for any accompanying annotations and image captions. Your layout may also utilise a Graphic System e.g. use of specific colours for different project headings or divider pages.

To help with the assessment process, please present your work in chronological order.

Make certain that you clearly label each project, include appropriate development work e.g. sketches / roughs, visual and contextual research along with conceptual thought processes, project rationale and reflective critical thinking. Remember to differentiate and clearly label the final designs from your design roughs. It is also important to clearly identify any project amendments undertaken at the post crit stage.
